Physical Therapy in Elmhurst & Flushing for Knee

Lay down or site with your right knee bent, your foot flat, and with a strap around your right ankle/shin.

Bend your knee as far as you can, then pull with the strap to increase the stretch.

Hold and repeat as advised by your Energize Physical Therapy Physical Therapist.
